Only recently have I stopped resisting the practice of radical accountability — the practice of claiming 100 percent responsibility for all that has happened in my life and for each trigger that arises still.

Writing is part of this, for me. It brings life’s patterns into sharper relief. It offers clarity and, in that, learning.
